Disclaimer
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Please read this Disclaimer before you use CPMAPK.com. By using this website, you agree to it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. General Information Only
Everything on CPMAPK.com is shared for general information and entertainment. Our guides cover Car Parking Multiplayer on Android, PC, and iPhone. We try to be correct and helpful, but we do not promise that the information is complete, current, or free of mistakes.
2. We Are Not the Game’s Developer
CPMAPK.com is an independent fan website, owned and run by Hussnain. We are not connected to, endorsed by, or working with olzhass (OGames), the developer of Car Parking Multiplayer. All game names, logos, images, and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the game and help players.
3. Mod Files and Downloads
Some pages talk about or link to modified (mod) files. Please understand the following:
- Mod files are unofficial. They are not made, supported, or approved by the game’s developer.
- The developer’s license agreement does not allow cheats, hacks, or modified versions of the game. Using them can lead to account termination and other actions by the developer.
- We do not guarantee that any file is safe, works on your device, or has every feature it advertises, such as unlimited money, unlocked cars, or no ads.
- Mod files can fail to install, crash, lose your saved progress, or not connect to online servers.
- You download and install any file at your own risk. We advise you to scan every file yourself, back up your data, and use a new account, not your main one.
The safest way to play is the official version from Google Play or the App Store.
4. Results Can Be Different for You
Game versions, device models, Android and iOS versions, and online servers all change how a file or a game behaves. A step that worked on one phone may not work on yours. Any review, test notes, or screenshots on this site show one device at one time, and they are not a promise of the same result for you.
5. Accuracy of Facts
We take facts such as versions, file sizes, requirements, ratings, and prices from official sources like Google Play and the App Store, and we update our pages when we can. These details can change at any time. Please check the official store listing for the latest information before you download or buy anything.
6. Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this site is legal, technical, security, or financial advice. If you need that kind of help, please speak to a qualified professional.
7. External Links
Our pages may link to other websites, such as Google Play, the App Store, emulator websites, and file-scanning tools. We do not own or control these sites. We are not responsible for their content, safety, or privacy practices. A link on our site does not mean we approve everything on the other site.
8. Advertising
Our website may show ads from third-party advertising services. We do not control which ads appear, and we do not endorse the products or services in them. Please be careful before you click an ad or download anything from it.
9. Comments From Visitors
Opinions and comments from visitors belong to the people who wrote them. They do not show our views, and we cannot promise that they are correct.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or any file or link on it. This includes damage to your device, loss of data or game progress, loss of money, loss of an account, or a ban from the game. Your use of this site is your own choice and risk.
11. Copyright and Trademarks
If you are a copyright or trademark owner and believe something on this site is used without permission, please email us at [email protected] with the page link and proof of ownership. We will review your request and remove the content when it is valid.
